| Q Where is your business based? A GCD is based in Glasgow's West End. This central location has allowed our business to establish client links throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas. |
| Q What fees do I have to pay when using your service? A GCD Property Partners will provide its services completely FREE of charge. |
| Q Which types of property will GCD purchase? A All property types will be considered, remember we buy property in ANY condition. |
Q How does your service operate? Stage2: Following a verbal agreement on price for your property, we will have our surveyor immediately action a survey. Assuming no structural defects are identified, we will instruct our solicitor to contact your solicitor with our offer, as agreed with you. This will contain purchase price and entry date. Stage3: Our solicitor will instruct payment of the agreed purchase price to your solicitor on the day of purchase. When the fund transfer has been actioned, we will pick up the keys to the property. We can have the funds in your account within 28 days! Alternatively, you inform us of your preferred timescales. Remember our Mission Statement: “...work with our clients ans support them in selling their property within their required timescales.” |
